Doug lives in Milford, Ohio

LIFE & HISTORICAL EVENTS

Doug M. Sharp (Mac) was born in Elk Valley, Tennessee. He moved to Ohio age 13 and attended Loveland High School. 

He gave his heart to Christ in 1963

He was married in 1965 and has two sons.

He moved to Tennessee in 2006 but returned to Milford in 2013. 

GOSPEL MUSIC MINISTRY

Doug started singing with the Lamplighters Quartet based out of Cincinnati, Ohio in 1964.   

In 1968 he became one of the original members of the Crownsmen Quartet based out of Cincinnati, Ohio and remain with them until the disbanded in 1995. 

In 1995 he started singing with Forgiven based out of Indiana.  He remained with them about 10 years until he moved to Tennessee in 2006. 

While in Tennessee he sang with the Perfect Peace Trio. 

Soon after returning to Ohio he talked with Glen Steely and with the Crownsmen came back together. 

Over the years, having the musical ability, his singing has switch back and forth from baritone to lead as needed.
